Pension Credit are available to individuals over State Pension Age whose weekly income does not exceed £218.95. For couples — whether married, in a civil partnership, or simply living together — a joint weekly income of £322.95 or less may also make them eligible.
Those with higher incomes may also qualify for Pension Credit if they have a disability or care for someone else.
