The easiest way to request this is to email us at acmescheme@equiniti.com. You’ll need to provide us with some additional information, so we’ve created a simple email template to help you. Click or tap the button below to open the template using your chosen email application.
The information you’ll need to provide in the email includes:
- Your full name.
- Your date of birth.
- Your National Insurance number.
- Your address.
- Your membership number (this you’ll find on any correspondence we’ve previously sent to you).
- The date you want to start receiving your pension.
Alternatively you can call us on 01234 567890, or write to us at Example Pension Scheme, PO Box 123, AB23 9YZ. You’ll need to provide the information listed above and in addition you’ll need to include that you are a member of the Example Pension Scheme.
Please note the following:
- It normally takes around 28 days to provide a retirement quotation. In times of high demand or if the calculation of your benefits is complex it may take longer.
- You can call the team for an update on your retirement quotation at any time. However, the team cannot prioritise the provision of your retirement quotation over the work they are undertaking for other Example Pension Scheme members.
- The earliest you can start receiving your pension is normally age 55. However, in some circumstances the Trustee may have to restrict the payment of your pension or the options available to you. If such a restriction applies we will provide a full explanation to you on request.
