The easiest way to request a quotation is to email us at acmescheme@equiniti.com. You’ll need to provide us with some additional information, so we’ve created a simple email template to help you. Click or tap the button below to open the template using your chosen email application.
The information you’ll need to provide in the email includes:
- Your full name.
- Your date of birth.
- Your National Insurance number.
- Your address.
- Your membership number (this you’ll find on any correspondence we’ve previously sent to you).
Alternatively you can call us on 01234 567890, or write to us at Example Pension Scheme, PO Box 123, AB23 9YZ. You’ll need to provide the information listed above and in addition you’ll need to include that you are a member of the Example Pension Scheme.
Please note the following:
- It normally takes around {{TV_SLA}} days to provide a transfer quotation, in times of high demand or if the calculation of your benefits is complex it may take longer.
- You can call the team for an update on your transfer quotation at any time. However, the team cannot prioritise the provision of your transfer quotation over the work they’re undertaking for other Example Pension Scheme members.
- Your transfer quotation will be guaranteed for three months from the date it is produced.
- You are only entitled to receive one free of charge transfer quotation in any 12 month period. If you require further transfer quotations within a 12 month period, a fee of {{tv_charge}} will be payable, which you must pay before the quotation will be produced.
