Our Scheme may pay valuable benefits if you die, and we want to make sure that where our Trustee has discretion over who can receive these benefits, your wishes are taken into consideration.
The best way you can ensure our Trustee knows your current wishes is to regularly update your ‘Expression of Wish’ Form. You can download a copy from the documents section. The Form includes instructions about where it should be sent once completed.
The benefits payable from our Scheme could be very valuable to your loved-ones. If your ‘Expression of Wish’ Form appears out of date, or we do not hold one for you, this could delay the payment of these benefits.
We encourage you to complete a new Form today, and regularly provide a newly completed Form, even if it confirms what you have previously told us.
