The easiest way to tell us your mobile telephone number is to email us at acmescheme@equiniti.com. You’ll need to provide us with some additional information so we’ve created a simple email template to help you. Click or tap the button below to open the template using your chosen email application.
The information you’ll need to provide in the email includes:
- You mobile telephone number
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your National Insurance number
- Your address
- Your membership number (this you’ll find on any correspondence we’ve previously sent to you)
