The easiest way to tell us you’ve moved house is to email us at acmescheme@equiniti.com. You’ll need to provide us with some additional information so we’ve created a simple email template to help you. Click or tap the button below to open the template using your chosen email application.
The information you’ll need to provide in the email includes:
- You new address
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your National Insurance number
- Your old address*
- Your membership number (this you’ll find on any correspondence we’ve previously sent to you)
Alternatively you can write to us at Example Pension Scheme, PO Box 123, AB23 9YZ. You’ll need to provide the information listed above and in addition you’ll need to include that you are a member of the Example Pension Scheme.
*Please note, as part of our security processes we may write to both your old and new addresses to confirm that we have received a request to update your contact details.
